Shipping:

We offer free shipping to UK addresses for all orders over 20; all orders 20 or under shipping is charged at 5.98 for 1st Class Royal Mail.  You can collect your order in person from Cloudbase HQ and for orders 20 or under this is charged at 2.99 for packaging only, there is no charge for orders over 20.  For orders and shipping outside the UK please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Orders:

Goods are normally dispatched within one week (working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays). If we are unable to send out your order for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone as soon as possible.

Payments:

For BACS payments please include your name and order number and send you BACS Payment to: Lloyds TSB Sort Code 30-92-63 Acc No 00257207.

Paying by cheque, please post this to the address shown above including your order number and contact details on the back of the cheque.

For all other payments by Google Checkout  (also known as Google Wallet) please proceed to pay online.  Please contact us if you have any issues with your payment.

Delivery:

We use 1st Class Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery, and Parcel force. Please note : All our services require a signature on receipt. Normally, delivery is 1-3 working days, but may take longer at peak times, as we are totally dependant on the Post Office and couriers.  If we are unable to deliver or the delivery will be delayed by us for any reason, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.

Non Delivery:

Any query regarding non-delivery must be notified to us as soon as possible so that we can make inquiries with our couriers. As a guide if you haven't received your order within 7-10 week days then please contact us.

Returns:

If a product was supplied in error, is incomplete or faulty, please contact us via the contact page, email us or call us as soon as possible (contact details are on the web site).  You can return new, unopened items to us and obtain a refund of the price of the returned product (excluding the cost of delivery) if you contact us within 7 working days. In this case, products returned must still be new, unused, unmarked and in the original packaging for a refund of the price of the product.
