We will not disclose your details to any Third Parties and will take every reasonable effort to ensure the security of your data. We keep the details you supply to us to enable us to fulfill the tasks you have asked of us which may include sending information periodically such as Newsletters. Information Collection and Use

At Cloudbase Paragliding Ltd we take every reasonable effort to protect your privacy and only collect information to enable the processing of orders and for other areas you have selected such as receiving newsletters.  In some instances you can remove these services by following the instructions on the material sent to you.  Alternatively you can contact Cloudbase Paragliding and request your details are removed.  We will share the data we collect with our Merchants solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. During the registration or ordering process we collect some or all of the following information:

- Your name and address
- Your contact telephone numbers (to enable us to contact you in the event of a query)
- Your e-mail address
- Delivery address

We do not collect you credit or debit card details.  Such details are collected and processed by Google Checkout who have a separate Privacy Policy.  Details on what Google hold and privacy can be found on their web site and would have been the conditions of your account with Google.

We will confirm your personal details on our acknowledgment of order. If you have registered you may check, amend or remove your personal details by clicking the "Your Shopping Details" button following your first order and located at the top of the Shop page. Other web site login details can be amended on the front page of the Cloudbase Paragliding web site (home page) once logged in - "Your details" button at the top of the page.  If you are not registered you may check, amend or remove your personal details by contacting us via the contact page, e-mailing us, writing or calling us. By registering or ordering through our website you consent to the collection and processing of your personal details by us.

If you have registered with the web site or purchased items from the shop and have been sent a login you are responsible for the safely and security of your login details.   These are personal to you and must not be disclosed to anyone else and you should take all reasonable precautions to ensure its safety.  We will not ask you for your private web site password and if anyone else does either directly or indirectly please refuse and contact office@cloudbaseparagliding.co.uk.  You can reset your password or choose the button to request a new password or username if you have forgotten it.  Always ensure you are connected to www.cloudbaseparagliding.co.uk when you are inputting you username and password.

Registration and Newsletter

Registration to newsletters does not require an account.  However to speed up future purchases and avoid retyping your details and to ensure we can contact you swiftly we ask that you register with us and we will store your personal details securely with access protected by a user name and password. We send all new members a welcoming e-mail to verify Username and password. To obtain the newsletter you must input your email address on the home page. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials you may opt-out of receiving these communications by choosing the option at the bottom of the newsletter or by contacting us via the contact page, e-mailing us, writing or calling us.

Cookies

A Cookie is a piece of data containing information about the user which may be stored on the user's hard drive. We do not use persistent Cookies which are stored on your computer, but we do use temporary 'Per session' Cookies for tracking your searches, shopping basket items and checkout details. If you have your per session cookies turned off or have set the highest level of security in your browser settings you may be unable to purchase items from our site.

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the website, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
